Grooved Pipe Couplings and Fittings —— 11.25° Elbow
Application:
Groove elbow is usually made of ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials, has good strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, can adapt to different working environments and media requirements, the use of groove connection, no welding or threaded connections, installation is only required to insert both ends of the pipeline into the groove of the elbow, and then fixed with a clamp can be operated simply, can effectively shorten the construction time.

Convenient connection:

Installation Precautions
Pipe cutting:
use specialized cutting tools to ensure that the pipe cut is smooth and burr-free to ensure that the groove of the pipe and elbow can be closely matched.
Pipe end treatment:
clean and polish the end of the pipe to remove oil, rust and other impurities, and at the same time check whether the end of the pipe is deformed or damaged, if there is any problem, it is necessary to repair or replace the pipe in time.
Installation of sealing ring:
Place the sealing ring correctly in the groove of the elbow, make sure that the sealing ring is not twisted, deformed or damaged, and then apply appropriate amount of lubricant on the sealing ring to facilitate the insertion of the pipe.
Clamp Installation:
Place the clamp over the connection between the pipe and the elbow to ensure that the clamp is correctly positioned, and then tighten the bolts on the clamp evenly to secure the clamp tightly to the pipe, but be careful not to over-tighten the bolts to avoid damaging the clamp or the pipe.
