Product Details
Made of QT550-5 and QT600-3 material, the spheroidization rate is more than 90%, the material property index meets the requirements of "Grouting Sleeve for Steel Reinforcement Connection", and the joint performance index meets the Grade I joint standard specified in the "Technical Specifications for Steel Reinforcement Mechanical Connection".
① The sleeve as a whole is hollow cylindrical, its length, wall thickness is determined by precision calculations, the cylinder body is strong and concise, the surface quality is good, the appearance is beautiful, and the sleeve itself will not be abnormally damaged during use.
② The inner cavity of the sleeve is equipped with reinforced ribs, guide shelves and steel limit slot cards. The unique and scientific structure enhances the mechanical bite and friction among the grout material, the steel bar and the sleeve, which not only ensures that the sleeve is tough and durable, but also facilitates on-site construction operation. Ensures that the steel shaft and the sleeve shaft coincide during the construction process, and can effectively avoid the occurrence of non-standard combination forms such as eccentric combination and angle combination between the steel shaft and the sleeve shaft, and ensure the safety and reliability of the joint.
③ The inlet and outlet are designed to tilt internally, so that the inserted PVC tube is more firm when used, and the PVC tube is not easy to fall off during grouting.
