High-strength ductile iron: tensile strength ≥450MPa, elongation ≥10%, impact resistance is better than ordinary cast iron, adapting to complex working conditions.
Double sealing design: EPDM rubber sealing ring combined with trapezoidal section clamp ensures no leakage under 1.6-4.0MPa pressure, temperature resistance range - 40℃~150℃.
Anti-corrosion process: Surface treated with epoxy powder or galvanized, salt spray test over 1000 hours, long-term resistance to humidity and chemical corrosion environment.
Installation
Trench-type quick connection: welding-free design, single interface installation takes only 3 minutes, saving 70% of labor costs, significantly shortening the construction cycle.
Flexible adaptation: support DN50-DN600 full specifications, adapting to the needs of different pipe diameters, reducing on-site processing.

Production process
Precision casting: disappearance mold casting technology is adopted to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the fittings and the uniformity of the internal structure.

Strict testing: Spectral analysis, pressure test (burst pressure ≥ 8.0MPa) and salt spray test are carried out for each batch to ensure stable quality.
