Return Replenishment Restocking Policy

EATHU Company Return Policy


Dear Customer:


Thank you for choosing EATHU Company products. We are committed to providing you with quality products and services. In order to ensure your rights and interests, we have established the following return and exchange policy:


1. Return and exchange period: Within 30 days from the date you receive the goods, if you find that the product has quality problems, damage or received the wrong goods, you have the right to apply for a return, exchange or replacement.


2. Costs: EATHU will bear all the costs caused by the quality of the product itself.


3. Suggestion: If only a small number of products have quality problems and do not affect your normal use, we recommend that you choose to exchange or replenishment to ensure that you can continue to use the qualified products, while avoiding the additional time costs arising from the return of goods.


4. Quality problem notification: If you confirm that there is a quality problem with the product, please notify us by email within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will not be able to accept the return, exchange or replenishment application after that time.


Returns:


- Returned merchandise must be in original condition, unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- We do not accept returns of used merchandise.

- Before returning an item,Please contact us by info@eathumetals.com, confirms the return.

- We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

- After confirming the quality issue, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refund arrival time may be delayed due to bank or credit card processing.


Exchanges:


- Exchange items must be in original condition, unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- We do not accept exchanges for used merchandise.

- Before exchanging, please contact us via info@eathumetals.com.


Restocking:


- If you find a small number of products with quality problems after receiving the goods, we provide replenishment service.

- Before replenishment, please contact us via info@eathumetals.com.
